I think you could probably make one on your own, though, if you wanted to. There’s a product called “Stiffy” (Awful name, right?) for fabric. Use that on some lace, shape it the way you want, let it dry, and then paint it. I think you could come pretty close! I’m not sure if it would be tremendously cheaper, but if you used coupons for the lace and the stiffener, it might be.

Now I kind of want to try it myself.
