dining room prints

after nearly a year of not having a dining room table, we finally found one on craigslist that matches our buffet + china hutch. now, i’m eager to hang up artwork to finish up the space. i’m torn on whether to order prints like the these from blanca gómez or elum designs or if i should frame pictures we’ve taken like these from paris. what are your thoughts? or do you have any other print/picture recommendations? we need two – one to go on each side of our china hutch.

I personally like the top two best, although I also like jellybeans’ work (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=21665).

Hmmmm….I like the personal touch of the photos from your trip, but what goes best with your living room?

Okay, I just checked out the new table, and I still like the Paris photos best, or maybe the top set of prints, but I don’t think the Elum ones match the feel of your dining room quite as well. Maybe get them for your office intead? ;)

elizabeth – right now it’s all up in the air since we don’t really have any artwork up yet. and as far as colors, the furniture is all brown. i’m hoping to inject some color by using artwork. if we go with personal travel pics, i can always select a more colorful pair.

I like the top prints for some color injection. However, it is always nifty to have pictures you have taken yourself. How about a grouping of smaller pictures?

Do you have photos of your dining room? I think all of the above or nice – just depends upon the style of your room and how you plan on framing each.
