How was your Halloween weekend? Have any fun? We did! Em was a little ladybug. We trick or treated with her up and down our street then headed back to our house to give out candy and hang out with family. Kacey’s brother and sister-in-law brought Play-doh to hand out, so we had a little Play-doh vs. candy contest. We offered the kiddies a choice between the two. Play-doh won out. It was such a hit + a brilliant idea, we’re thinking of offering it again next year.

i spotted these all-in-one skirts/leggings/mary janes at baby gap the other day. they remind me of the dancing days of my youth. ballet pink + black. i la-la-love them!

i love how they sleep with their bums in the air! such cuteness.

do you have any fun weekend plans? kacey and i are taking em to see her first pumpkin patch! hope i can snag a couple of cute pictures :] have a great weekend + i’ll see you monday.

i’ve added zulily to my list of baby/children/mommy bargain sites. it’s my absolute favorite. i check it every single day. today, i scooped up these vive la fete smocked dresses for em to wear next year. super cute and half off. love.

now that em is getting bigger, i want to get a growth chart to hang in her room so that i can track + record her height. i don’t really want to get a decal since i want to be able to save it as a keepsake. here are a few that i’ve spotted and like. i absolutely love the wooden rulers, especially the center one, but i think they would be too cumbersome to store long term. have you seen any others that you love?
